On it, I express my personal opinions on matters of national political import, rail at great length against a particularly despicable member of the Woodland Hills Neighborhood Council, drop juicy tidbits of celebrity gossip (with a particular emphasis on the delightful Mare Winningham), offer weekly analysis of the performances on "Dancing with the Stars" and make diet suggestions for people who share my rare food allergies.

Also, every week there's a new picture of my dog wearing a different hat (with a prize for the reader who submits the best caption!) and a Quote-of-the-Week from either Deepak Chopra or Mike Ditka.
